1 e 1/2 kg de carne (eu usei contra-filé)
100 g de margarina/manteiga
1 cebola média
1 xícara de catchup
1 lata de creme de leite
Modo de Fazer:
Bater a cebola no liquidificador, nãé preciso adcionar água.
Colocar a manteiga com a cebola no fogo, até a cebola dourar.
